• This powerful manual extruder can also be used for agricultural, construction and membrane welding. The EX3's welding rod can be pulled in from the left or right, making it easy to weld plastics in tight spaces.
• The EX3 extrusion welder has three handles: a handle with a lockable drive button, a rotating push rod at the rear of the extruder and a side handle that can be mounted on the left or right side as required. The handles facilitate precise maneuvering.
• The welder's extended design and variable handle positions allow the operator to maintain a good posture while working and better control of the extruder during plastic welding. The EX3 extrusion welder is suitable for high-quality processing of polyolefins as well as thermoplastics PE and PP.
• With a maximum output of 3.4 kg/h/7.5 lb/h, the EX3 is ideal for jobs that require long periods of standing.
• The handheld extrusion welder is also successfully used in tank and container manufacturing with sheet thicknesses up to 15 mm/0.6 in. If thicker welds are required, a larger extruder is more suitable.
